Abstract

Most injuries suffered during arm wrestling are humerus fractures. Olecranon fractures from arm wrestling are rare and have not been reported in Korea. The authors encountered an olecranon fracture from arm wrestling in a 42-year-old male that was treated surgically using a locking compression plate. The patient achieved complete bone union after 10 weeks, and plate removal was performed one year later. The patient was fully recovered and could fully resume all activities.
