Clinical Review on Two Cases of Pleural Mesothelioma

Abstract

Although some investigators deny the primary pleural mesothelioma as a disease entity however silence the work of Stout in 1942 demonstrating mesothelial nature of pleural mesothelioma by tissue culture, it has been certain as a disease entity. And more recently it seemed to be closely related to asbestosis. We experienced two cases of pleural mesothelioma, diagnosed clinically, confirmed by pleural biopsy.
