A Case of Sarcoidosis

Abstract

A case of sarcoidosis involving skin, bilateral hilar lymph node in 28 year old female was presented. She was diagnosed of stage 1 sarcoidosis by characteristic non-caseating epitheloid granuloma in biopsied parahilar lymph node, erythema nodosum in skin lesion, lymphocytosis in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), elevated angiotensin converting enzyme in BAL, increased uptake in perihilar lymph node in Callum 67-scan and compatable clinical picture.
