A Case Report of Primary Tracheal Tuberculosis with Asthma-like Symptoms

Abstract

In Hedinger’s paper, Hansemann cited an instance of primary tracheal tuberculosis as a single tubercle not being found elsewhere than in the trachea. The bronchoscopy is essential in diagnosis of tracheo.bronchial tuberculosis and most of tracheal tuberculosis are seen in the posterior wall of distal trachea, and as ulcerative type. Here we are reporting a case of 78 year old woman who was diagnosed as primary tracheal tuberculosis by bronchoscopy.
