(B) The guide wire was advanced into the center of the phytobezoar and the balloon was inflated to 12 mm to fragment the phytobezoar into small pieces. (C) A Dormia basket was used to fragment the phytobezoar into smaller pieces gradually. (D) A follow-up single-balloon enteroscopy was performed, which confirmed that there were no remnants of the bezoar.
