It is usually manifested as erythematous, subcutaneous, and dermal nodules that are widely distributed. A 40 year-old lepromatous leprosy Fijian transgender male patient showed recurrent multiple erythematous tender papules, nodules and plaque at face, extremities and trunk with fever, malaise, arthralgia and pruritus.
