Airline Long Cross-country Flight: A Cockpit Observation Report

Abstract

The actual flight is physically stressful. An observing flight was executed to make practical experience of an actual flight as an air medical examiner. It was intercontinental commercial flight with Boeing 777 between Incheon Korea to Roma Italia. In these flights, the flight work was more complicated and over than expected. This should be reflected in air medical examination of air crews.
