(C) Wood lamp examination after an incubation period of 3 hours during the first methyl aminolevulinate-photodynamic therapy (MAL-PDT). The fluorescence was emitted by the porokeratotic lesion pretreated with methyl aminolevulinate. (D) One month after the first treatment. The second MAL-PDT treatment was performed on the same day. (E) The size of the lesion decreased, and the thread-like elevated border became blurred 3 months after the second treatment.
