Abstract
- The cleidocranial dysostosis is characterized by deficient formation of the clavicle, delayed and imperfect ossification of the cranium and less often involvement of other bones. The cleidocranial dysostosis is relatively rare congenital and familial disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance.
