  • Fig. 1 Images of the patient in nine diagnostic gaze positions demonstrating esotropia of the right eye with mild abduction limitation (A). The fundus shows optic disc swelling, increased vessel tortuosity and macular exudates in both eyes (B,C). Computerized tomography of the brain showed absence of findings suggesting elevated intracranial pressure, such as ventriculomegaly, flattened sulci, or enlarged subarachnoid space (D-F). After shunt revision, the fundus showed optic disc swelling improvement at 6-month follow-up (G,H).
