A Case Of Isolated Fsh Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
- Isolated FSH deficiency syndrome(IFDS) is an extremely rare disorder in which patients demonstrate normal virilization, normal LH and testosterone levels, and normal-size tests but usually have severe oligospermia or azoospermia. Herein we present a case of IFDS with congenital vasal agenesis in a 28-years-old man and provide a brief review of the literature.
