The Effect Of Herb Cream(Ss-Cream) On Premature Ejaculation

Abstract

SS-Cream(Severance Secret Cream) was made based on traditional Chinese royal herb remedy, and active ingredients from 8 oriental herb combinations including ginseng et al., were extracted and mixed in hydrobase. 2 applications per week were recommended and ability to control ejaculation was assessed weekly by measuring time to ejaculation after vaginal penetration and patient satisfaction, and 4 weeks grouped as one session. 56 patients with premature ejaculation were selected who agreed to the clinical trial of SS-Cream. 20 patients were simple premature ejaculation and 32 patients had premature ejaculation associated with psychogenic impotence. Before the treatment, all patients ejaculated immediately before or after vaginal penetration or within 2 minutes, and all patients and partners are dissatisfied with their sexual lives. After treatment, the time of ejaculation control after each follow-up was 1st 9 minutes, 2nd 11 minutes, 3rd 12 minutes, 4th 13 minutes, respectively. But in four patients, two simple premature ejaculation and two combined with chronic prostatitis patients showed no improvement. In 11 patients(37%) reported of having satisfactory intercourse after just one session of SS-Cream without further application. 4 patients, still had premature ejaculation even after penile prosthesis implanatation, was applied. In 3 patients(75%), the time of ejaculation control was longer than 5 minutes. Minor side effects were transient heat sensations but resolved readily by washing off. There were no complaints about numbness or decreased orgasm. Thus, we herely report the excellent preliminary results of SS-Cream on premature ejaculation.
