Abstract

Basal cell carcinoma is the most common malignant skin cancer and it is most frequently found in the head and neck regions, especially on the nose, but the involvement of the external genitalia is rare. Genital basal cell carcinomas tend to be ignored, particularly if they are asymptomatic lesions, because the location makes it hesitate for patients to seek medical consultation. We report two cases of basal cell carcinoma arising on the vulva.
