Two Cases of Synovial Sarcoma Arising in the Anterior Neck

Abstract
- Synovial sarcomas is a mesenchymal tumor that usually occurs in the extremities. Fewer than 100 cases of synovial sarcoma have
been reported in the head and neck lesion. We experienced 2 cases of synovial sarcoma of neck, and so reported with a review of
literature.
