-
A 25-year-old woman had experienced intermittent right hearing impairment for several years. Cranial nerve examination was normal, including auditory function. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated a characteristic epidermoid tumor. The tumor was totally removed. Postoperatively, no hearing impairment or facial nerve dysfunction was noted.
