Abstract

A 3-day-old neonate had a broken umbilical vein catheter lodged from the junction of right subclavian vein and SVC to the junction of IVC and ductus venosus. We successfully retrieved the intravascular foreign body by percutaneous left transsubclavian venous route using the snare technique.
