Abstract
-
Seven cases of fetal arrhythmia had been seen over 2-years. These are 6 cases of tachyarrhythmia: which included 2 case of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 1 atrial flutter, 1 premature ventricular contration, 2 premature atrial contractions. 1 had sinus bradycardia. Among these, Six cases had structurally normal heart and 1 cases had Ostium secundum type of Atrial septal defect. 6 cases have remained well and are now off treatment and 1 case has Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome. The careful assessment and management of a fetal arrhythmia may lead to a successful outcome. Recently, we have experienced seven cases of fetal arrhythmia, so we report these 7 cases with a brief review of related literature.
