Two Cases of Myomectomy in 1st Trimester Pregnancy

Uterine myoma is one of the most common pelvic mass in gynecologic field. There was spontaneous abortion, premature labor, abnormal presentation, obstructed labor, and operative bleeding in obstetric complications. We had experienced two cases of uterine myoma in pregnancy with myomectomy at IUP 15 weeks and 16 weeks respectively, and with Cesarean birth in IUP 38 weeks and 37 weeks respectively. Antenatal care of these cases had no specific complications. By reported these cases, we want to share our experiance.
