Abstract
- Acrosyringeal lichen planus is a rare variant of lichen planus, and is characterized by dermal lymphocytic infiltration juxtaposition to the acrosyringium, plus liquefaction degeneration of the acrosyringeal basal cell layer. We report a case of acrosyringeal lichen planus in a 37-year-old man who had multiple erythematous hyperkeratotic papules on his hands and feet.
