Abstract
- We report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and antiphospholipid syndrome with cutaneous ulcer on the right ankle. Histopathologic finding of noninflammatory vascular thrombosis suggested that antiphospholipid antibodies played a pathogenetic role in the described skin manifestation of anti-cardiolipin antibody and lupus anticoagulant positive SLE patients.
