Abstract

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare neoplasm of female pelvic soft tissue. It is locally infiltrative lesion treated with wide local exision. It grows slowly and recurrence is common and misdiagnosis is a very common problem. We report a 30-year-old woman who presented with a soft and painless mass which is like Bartholin's cyst. The mass was widely excised and proved aggressive angiomyxoma.
