Abstract

We report four cases of subcutaneous sarcoidosis. Histopathologic examination revealed sarcoidal granulomas involving mainly subcutis. Case 1 and 2 also had the maculopapular lesions consistent with sarcoidosis histopathologically. In Korea, the subcutaneous nodules are thought to be the main manifestations of sarcoidosis involving skin.
