A childhood case of moyamoya disease with subarachnoid hemorrhage is reported. This patient exhibited left hemiparesis, dysarthria, convulsion and mental retardation. He also had
characteristic angiographic picture: occlusion of supraclinoid segment of both internal carotid arteries, combined with collateral networks in the base of brain.
