A Case of Very Rapidly Progressed Ovarian Sarcoma

Primary ovarian sarcoma comprise less than 3% of all ovarian neoplasia. They are classically very aggressive and survivals are generally anecdotal. We experienced a case of rapidly progressed and very aggressive ovarian sarcoma in 48-year-old woman (died 16 days after the debulking surgery).
