A Case of Multiply Fractured Kidney Treated by Conservative Surgery

Abstract

The multiply fractured kidney usually. is treated by nephrectomy as a life-saving procedure. We report on a 34-year-old man with multiply fractured kidney, due to autopedestrian accident, treated by lower polar nephrectomy and renorrhaphy.
