A Case of Congenital Jejunal Stenosis

Abstract

A case of congenital jejunal stenosis is reported. A 2 months old boy admittedto Maryknoll Hospital because of intermittent bile staining and abdominal distension. Small bowel series revealed marked dilatation of proximal small bowel at distal duodenal level and collapsed distals small bowel below it. We underwent the laparatomy under the impession of jejunal stenosis and then we confirmed the congenital stenosis. Review of literature was also made on the subject.
