We report a case of intradermal nevus in a 52-year-old female patient, who presented with
asymptomatic, solitary papule, which had been on the site for years as a macule on the center
of the lower lip, which is a rare site for intradermal nevus. The skin biopsy revealed the
upper dermis containing nests and cords of nevus cell without junctional activity. The skin
lesion was totally removed by surgical excision on biopsy.
