Three Case of Primary Carcinoma

Abstract

Primary carcinoma of fallopian tube is very rare and account for approximately 0.3-1.1% of all gynecological malignancies. The most frequent symptom is atypical vaginal bleeding, and the history and behavior are similar to those of the ovarian carcinoma. The predominant cell type of carcinoma of the fallopian tube is adenocarci-noma. We experienced three cases of this type of carcinoma of the fallopian tube between 1990 and 1992, and we report with brief review of literatures concerned.
