Abstract

Fractures of the scapula are relatively uncommon injuries and most can be treated satisfactorily with non-operative methods. But scapular fractures are being seen with increasing frequency in our mechanized society, specially in patients who have multiple injuries. So most injuries were related high energy, that residual deformities were high and related to the residual symptoms.
