A Case of Giant Hydronephrosis with Ectopic Ureterocele in Bilateral Duplicated Ureters

Abstract

The ectopic ureterocele is uncommon developmental abnormality of the urinary tract. Most commonly associated anomaly of the upper urinary tract in the ectopic ureterocele is duplex ureter which is often complicated with hydronephrosis. We report an unusual case of the giant hydronephrosis with ectopic ureterocele in bilateral complete duplicated ureters in 17 months old boy, and the literatures were reviewed.
