Clinical Observation for the Endoscopic Findings

Clinical observation for the endoscopic findings for 90 patients complained of urinary tract symptoms and following results were obtained: 1. of 90 cases, 44 cases were observed in the age group of 21~25 years old. tract 2. The most common urologic symptoms were frequency 90%. urethral discomfort 80% and 3. On cystoscopy, most common findings were trigonal hyperemia 8l%. trabeculation 62%, diffues hyperemia 32% and buI1ous edema 27% 4. On panendoscopy, most common findings of the bladder neck were mucosal swelling 57%, bullous edema 40%. pseudopolyps 34% and posturethral findings were mucosal swelling 56%. Bullous edema 40% and enlarged vermontaneum 16%. 5. Of 90 patients, endoscopic findings were urethrotrigonitis 52(58%) cases, cystitis 31(34%), prostatitis 26(30%). vermontanitis 14 (16%). bladder contracture 2(0.2%) and normal 16(18%).
