A large variety of graft materials have been used for the reconstruction of the deformity. The purpose of this study was to determinate the condition in the use of auricular cartilage and to describe the technique of correction of saddle nose deformity in accordance with the functional rhinoplasty. Six patients with saddle nose who were treated at Saint Carollo hospital were analyzed. After a mean interval of 9 months, all patients were satisfied with the functional and esthetic outcomes. Auricle cartilage is an excellent graft material for functional and esthetic reconstruction of saddle deformity in patient with intact anterior nasal septum.
