Abstract
- Abdominal pregnancy is a rare entity, which has been classified as primary or secondary by Studifford criteria. A secondary abdominal pregnancy is more common than primary abdominal pregnancy. The incidence of abdominal pregnancy is increased after IVF-GIFT. Induced abortion, endometriosis and intrauterine devices may also contribute to an increased incidence. Because of it's high maternal morbidity and mortality, the prompt surgical intervention is required. We experienced 3 cases of early abdominal pregnancy with intraperitoneal hemorrhage and lower abdominal pain. So we present our case with a brief review of literature.
