Abstract
- Sebaceous trichofolliculoma is a rare appendageal tumor that usually present as a solitary tumor mainly on the nose. Histologically it shows a large, irregularly shaped, centrally located cavity lined by squamous epithelium and radially arranged pilosebaceous follicles connected to the cavity. We describe a case of sebaceous trichofolliculoma in an 86-year-old woman who presented with asymptomatic skin-colored papule on her nose.
