A case of prolactinoma with chief complaint of male infertility

Abstract

The main symptoms of prolactinoma in men are due to tumor mass effect such as headache, visual field defect and impairment of pituitary secretory capacity. Hyperprolacinemic symptoms also may be existent but impotence, decreased libido and galactorrhea are main symptoms and infertility is very rare. We report a case of prolactinoma in male with the chief complaint of infertility
