Abstract

Dermal fat grafting for penile girth enhancement has been used as a cosmetic procedure in the normal penis, and complications are rare. Herein, we describe loss of penile skin after graft augmentation. We treated the patient with a one-stage bipedicled scrotal flap as a reasonable corrective for extensive penile denudation. Dermal fat graft should be tailored to a thickness of less than 1 cm so that the graft does not compress the skin and corpus cavernosum, and care must be taken to avoid injury to the surrounding tissue.
