Stensen's duct Transplantation

Abstract

The conservative treatment for total xerophthalmia has been discouraged. Russian, Chinese and American workers reported many successful cases of the stensen's duct transplantation. To confirm the feasibility of this procedure, the stensen's duct has teen successfully transplanted into the conjunctival cul-de-sac in two dogs.
