Establishing interdisciplinary collaborative practice teams is vital to the success of the care of patients with complex diseases. To increase the efficacy of these teams' activities, well-trained coordinator is needed for tuning the collaborative teams. The coordinator will conduct patients rounds, consultations, educations, participations in research projects and the assessement of quality assurance monitoring. As the Korean life style become westernized, the prevalance of the vascular diseases will be increased. Because the vascular diseases can affect many other organs simultaneously, multiple collabolative teams are needed for the good result of these patients' care. Well-trained coordinator in the vascular center can benefit the interdisciplinary collaborative practice teams.
