A Case of Cavernous Hemangioma of the Bladder

Abstract

3-year-old boy with intermittent gross hematuria for 10 months and filling defect on cystography was initially presumed as having malignant tumor of the bladder because his cystoscopic findings showed two solid-looking reddish purple mass of 2cm and 3cm in each diameter at the dome of the bladder. He was treated with partial cystectomy and pathological report revealed cavernous hemangioma of the bladder.
