Priapism : Report of Two Cases

Abstract
- Priapism is a condition of prolonged erection, unassociated with sexual stimulation, which is usually painful We experienced two cases of idiopathic priapism, the one was cured by the corporal irrigation with normal saline containing heparin through the glans tip and the other by the corpora cavernosa-saphenous vein shunt. Postoperatively potency in these two cases was obtained.
