A Case of Female Adnexal Tumor of Probable Wolffian Origin

Abstract
- Female adnexal tumor of probable wolffian origin (FATWO) is rare neoplasm that can present diagnostic difficulties. Its location predominantly occurs in the broad ligament. This report describes a case of broad ligament tumor with features of female adnexal tumor of probable wolffian origin. We present the findings of light microscopic and ultrastructural evaluation as well as those of immunohistochemical analysis.
